Our Mission
Diamond J Ranch trains top quality barrel horses and riders
for all levels of competition, wanting to work their way to the top.
Our Values
Healthy and happy horses. We feel that the horse should always come first and nothing is more important than their health. Up to date vet visits, vaccinations, and well managed maintenance will keep you and your athlete happy.
The highest levels of success. Every individual at our farm has a different set of goals. If your goal is to compete on a competitive circuit, or even go out and win the world title, we are here to help your team along the way.
Being taught a solid education. Through kind, helpful, and patient teaching skills we will help your team move at the perfect pace. By helping others to understand their horse, your team will be able to move and grow at the appropriate speed for both horse and rider.
A good work ethic. Hard working, passionate, and dedicated teams are what we are all about. The fire inside that pushes you where you want to go is something you have to crave. You have to want that burning passion to accomplish your goals and set new standards for yourself. Diamond J Ranch will be your biggest fan and there to cheer you on no matter what. But, win or loose, your keep working towards that next stepping stone.
A winning attitude. Winning: means to be successful or victorious. We see a win as the progress that takes place between a horse and rider. Winning does not mean coming out first place at every show, but that your team is successful at reaching goals and doing so in the correct way. Here at Diamond J Ranch, a "win" never comes before your horse. It is a honor to swing your leg over your partner, and your horse will be treated as the athlete it is.
Our home is your home. We value a family friendly environment, treating others how you would like to be treated. On our farm everyone should act professional, and deal with manners in an adult fashion. Everyone here is a team and should work together to provide the best care we can give our horses. A friendly, clean, and well looked after facility is of most importance.
